Abstract

Implantation of the German Embryo Protection Act

The Embryo Protection Act (ESchG) can be and is already by many physicans für reproductive medicine at a high standard with internationally comparable pregnancy rates witch is in accordance with the current ruling and the legal options of the ESchG.Laws are constructed so that technical progress (e.g. blastocast transfer and trophoblast biopsy) does not require a revision of the law, but new circumstances lead to new legal options.
