Discussion of the 10 most frequent errors in obstetrics and the possibilities to avoid them: place of delivery, regulations of competence, team communication, supervision of delivery, progress of labor and of fetus, clinical consequences of fetal hypoxia, operative vaginal delivery, shoulderdystocia, PPH, documentation in patient records.
